How long is your lead time?

For fabrics we have in stock, lead times can be as low as 4-6 weeks. For custom fabrics, expect a lead time of 6-8 weeks.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is as low as 72 pieces per style (this can be split into two colors, so 36 pieces per color). We may be able to do smaller quantities for simpler garments.

Can I bring my own sketches?

Of course—we will work with you to develop your sketches into cohesive concepts, which we can then turn into mock-ups/tech packs. We will help you see your drawings turned into real, tangible products.

What if I don't have tech packs or mock-ups before production?

That’s no problem. We create tech packs and manufacturer ready mock-ups as part of our apparel development service. There’s no need for you to learn complex software on the fly. Furthermore, because we work directly with our own manufacturing facility and have strong relationships with production partners, we can ensure that your apparel is created exactly the way you envision it. We also offer samples to confirm details.

Is there a fee for samples?

There is a nominal fee for samples which includes shipping. If you decide to make an order, the fee for the sample will be deducted from your bill.

Can I send a fabric swatch in to be duplicated?

If you like a fabric you’ve found, bring us a swatch. We can duplicate most fabrics as long as order minimums are met. Our minimums are lower than industry standard.

What types of printing are best for different fabrics?

Digital (direct-to-garment) printing can be done on cotton. Screen printing can be done on cotton, cotton blends, and polyesters. Sublimation printing can only be done on polyester. Discharge printing must be done on fabric treated with a specific dye. If this is all new or confusing to you, don’t worry. We are happy to advise you on how to make sure your designs look their best.

How are the employees at your manufacturing facility treated?

We believe in paying our staff higher than industry standard, along with generous bonuses. Our employee turnover rate is very low and we strive to provide a positive work environment. We strongly value compensating our employees fairly for their labor and experience, and making sure they are supported in their work.
